What Is A Tiny House?

A tiny house is a really cute small house, built on a Trailer aka Tiny House on Wheels or affixed to the ground.

It is generally for people nomadic in nature (yah to all those e-travelers) or just people who are super minimalist in Nature. You really don’t have to be all these things to build a tiny house. You might just want to travel or even please your spouse or hate big buildings (maybe because u grew up in one duh!).

Tiny houses are generally not hard to build. It can become a time sink if you decide to go it yourself. However, it’s recommended you get a good solid enough builder to do the hard job for you. This is likely to cost more money in the long run but the same way you wouldn’t entrust yourself to build your car no matter how much of a tinker you are, so it’s better you entrust a builder who has done that hard job lots of times and has the skills to build that house for you. If you noticed which I bet you did, I have been holding off telling you the exact cost of the Building. This is because I do not want to scare you but just get your mind comfortable with the idea of building a tiny house. For your building to work, I recommend a budget of at least $30.000 minimum.

Generally, your tiny house should cost far less than this but it’s always safer to have this in hand because you are bound to spend more as time goes on especially for unforeseen events and circumstances. You wouldn’t want to be almost done and forget to insulate your house because you don’t have enough cash or what have you. That will be so terribly risky.
